When he first started his podcast in May of 2017, Conner launched his podcast under the name The Pleasure Monkey Podcast. A year later, as he continues to grow and expand his worldview, he decided to change the name to The Realness, a move that better suits his aims. I sat down with him to chat about this decision, to explore pleasure and realness.
Conner is the first person I’ve interviewed having just met for the first time! He’s much farther along the podcasting path than me, so it was nice of him to take time from his day to meet with me.
Thanks to Conner, I had a breakthrough in this one: it’s not necessarily our opinions that cause suffering, but our attachment to them.
