I’m excited to announce that my new book True Nature: The Wise Woman in Nepal and Searching the Himalayas for Enlightenment is now available for purchase!
How to Buy
You can buy the book on Amazon (ebook, paperback) or you can purchase directly from me by sending me an email or visiting the shop page on my website.
Shipping Reminder: Please note that for this book launch, books bought directly from me will come signed, but won’t arrive at your doorstep until Feb 6-12 (estimated). Thank you for your patience. If you plan on buying more than one copy, consider splitting up your purchases between Amazon and myself, since for now, buying books through Amazon helps inform the algorithm and
How to Support
Another reminder of the ways you can help support the book at this moment:
- Buy the book – the most direct way of showing financial support
- Review the book – currently, the book has no reviews. If you happen to fly through its pages, consider leaving an honest review. Early reviews are critical to a book’s success.
- Share the book – on social media, to friends/family, your neighbor, their dog, book clubs… anyone who you feel would enjoy the story
- Get creative – consider gifting copies to friends, asking your local library to supply the book, writing a blog post, making a video, etc. Create art in the theme of true nature and channel your potential!
Commonly Asked Question
Q: Do you (David) get the most money if I (reader) buy the book through Amazon or from you directly?
A: I (David) receive a higher profit margin from books if you (dear friend) buy them directly from me. However, buying books through Amazon still supports me a ton. Buying books on Amazon informs the algorithm that. my book is worthy of rank and promotion. Most of my readers discover the book on Amazon, so until I gain a larger following or email list, doing well in this market is still important.
So really, it’s just up to you. Maybe the optimally selfish scenario is if your plan was to buy one book, then you buy two instead (one from me and one from Amazon) and gift a copy to someone special. 🙂
More Resources
I will keep a running list of all things True Nature (interesting blog posts, podcast episodes, videos, etc.) on the True Nature book page. There are already a number of behind-the-scenes pieces of content living there and I have more exciting ideas in the works for what to share next, so stay tuned!
What’s Next?
I think I will spend some time trying to give this book a push on social media and sharing more about what I’ve learned these past few years.
Eventually, I’ll begin working on the audiobook.
When that’s done, it’s time to move forward to the next project, whatever that may be.
Thank you
Thank you for your support in every way. It means the world to me.
I’ll have more to share about the book and our Nepal adventures in the coming days/weeks on this blog. For now, enjoy the read!
Wishing you well today.
Love,
David
PS – Here’s the book one more time for good measure. 🙂
